Coaching is no longer a “nice to have” leadership skill. It’s becoming a core leadership competency for organizations that want to build high trust, inclusive, and engaged workplaces.
The HR leaders and organizations I work with know that strong technical skills alone don’t create strong leaders. Leadership readiness, employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture all depend on how leaders develop and empower their people.
But many leaders were taught to lead by fixing, directing, and carrying everything themselves.
So they become the bottleneck.
They take on too much, spend their days solving problems for everyone else, and unintentionally limit the growth and confidence of their teams. There’s a real weight to leadership, and most people were never taught that coaching skills are one of the keys to leading more effectively.
That’s where I come in.
As a Professional Certified Coach working with private clients and as a Facilitator with Essential Impact, I help leaders and organizations become more grounded in leadership, bringing coaching into the way they lead, communicate, and develop people.
I work both with organizations looking to build stronger coaching cultures and with individual leaders who want to grow their leadership capacity, navigate complexity more effectively, and lead with greater confidence and impact.

It provides a space of trust for anyone who desired to grow and develop themselves, to take a step back for reflection to put things into perspective, become aware of behaviour patterns, define and align values and goals, discover solutions to challenges, and to plan and launch themselves to achieve results behind what was imaginable.
Team coaching actively engages team members to connect, to understand each other and successfully work together. Mentor Coaching
